Frequently Asked Questions
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we are a registered business in the state of Florida and carry liability insurance. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue upon request if required.
What areas do you service?
We are based in Orlando and serve Florida. We are also available to travel to events across the country as well as destination weddings! Travel fees apply.
How far in advance should we book you?
We recommend at least 3 months before your event, or up to 6 months out for larger-scale events.
For weddings, most couples book coordination services anywhere from 3-8 months before their wedding. Earlier inquiries allow for the best availability.
What is the difference between day-of coordination and month-of coordination?
Day-of coordination focuses on managing the wedding day itself.
Month-of coordination includes support in the 6 weeks leading up to the wedding, making vendor confirmations, timeline and floor plan creation, and logistical review in addition to wedding-day management.
How many coordinators will be present on the wedding day?
Two coordinators are present on the wedding day to ensure setup, the ceremony, reception, and breakdown are managed smoothly. Depending on your guest size, we may have 1-2 assistants as needed.
Do you work with our existing vendors?
Yes! We coordinate directly with your confirmed vendors and do not require specific vendors.
Do you require a deposit to reserve our date?
Yes, we require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date that is applied to your package price. The remaining balance can then be paid in installments or in full.
Can you come to our wedding rehearsal and/or venue tour?
We can attend your rehearsal and/or accompany you to your venue tour depending on the service package selected.
For coordination packages, we ask for an additional travel fee. For our planning packages, there is no extra cost.
Can we customize a package/Do you offer a-la-carte services?
Of course! Services can be adjusted depending on the level of support you need and we can quote you based on your needs.
Do you set up decor and personal items?
Yes. We set up personal decor items provided by the couple and ensure everything is placed according to your layout and design plan. This includes items such as table numbers, signage, favors, place cards, guest book displays, candles, and other personal details.
However, coordination services do not include heavy labor such as moving large furniture, constructing structures, or installing large-scale décor. If you would like assistance with design, decor sourcing, or installation elements such as drapery or larger decorative features, those services can be provided through our decorating packages.
What is the difference between wedding planning and wedding coordination?
Wedding planning involves guiding you through the planning process. This may include budget guidance, vendor recommendations, design support, timeline development, and overall planning strategy from the early stages through the wedding day.
Wedding coordination focuses on managing the logistics and execution of the plans you have already made. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we review your details, confirm vendors, finalize the timeline, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.
What are the benefits of hiring a day-of coordinator for my wedding?
A day-of coordinator manages the logistics of your wedding so you can focus on enjoying the celebration rather than managing the details.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we review your plans, confirm details with your vendors, and create a clear timeline for the day. On the wedding day, we oversee setup, coordinate vendor arrivals, manage the timeline, guide the ceremony processional, and address any unexpected issues that may arise.
This ensures that your plans are executed as intended and allows you, your partner, and your families to be fully present without worrying about schedules, vendor questions, or behind-the-scenes coordination.
What forms of payment do you accept? Do you offer a payment plan?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ACH, and Zelle. Online payments include a 3.6% processing fee, while Zelle payments do not incur a service charge. You may pay your remaining balance in up to 4 installments or pay in full. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.
