Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are a registered business in the state of Florida and carry liability insurance. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue upon request.
What areas do you service?
Resonate Events & Floral is based in Orlando and serves weddings and events throughout Central Florida.
Planning, coordination, and wedding content creation are available throughout Florida with travel fees based on location.
Floral design is primarily available throughout Central Florida and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we serve your venue or event location, feel free to inquire!
Can we book more than one service with you?
Yes! All services may be booked together depending on your needs and our availability.
Do you work with vendors we've already booked?
Yes! You are never required to use specific vendors in order to work with us. If you’ve already built part or all of your vendor team, we’ll work alongside them as needed based on the service you’ve booked.
What's the difference between wedding planning and wedding coordination?
Planning supports you throughout the process of building your wedding, while coordination focuses on bringing the plans you’ve already made together and managing their execution. We offer different levels of both, so if you’re unsure what you need, we’ll help you determine the best fit.
Can you set up our personal or DIY décor?
We include limited decor setup with select coordination services, and we also offer dedicated Decor Setup & Styling for couples who need more hands-on help with client-provided décor.
What's the difference between Custom Floral Design and Ready to Bloom?
Custom Floral Design is created specifically around your wedding or event, including your inspiration, venue, palette, and overall vision.
Ready to Bloom offers a simpler process: you choose the pieces, color palette, and style, and we choose the seasonal flowers that bring it together.
How far in advance should we reach out?
As soon as you have your date and venue is a great time to inquire. Availability varies throughout the year, and popular wedding dates can book well in advance. If your event is coming up soon, you’re still welcome to reach out and check availability.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment schedules vary by service and will be outlined in your proposal and contract before booking.
