I’ve always been someone who notices the little things and I’m also a chronic planner. So naturally, event planning became the perfect place for both sides of me to meet.

As a graduated DIY bride, I know how quickly planning can start to feel overwhelming. I wanted Resonate to feel different. My goal is for my clients to feel like they have someone who understands their vision and genuinely cares about how their day comes together and can provide a stress-free experience. At the end of it all, I want your event to feel like yours and can be fully immersed in.

HI! I'M ADRIANA

I’ve always been drawn to how the smallest details can completely change a space and how everything feels when it finally comes together.

I naturally notice how things connect, and I bring that same perspective into weddings and events. I care about making sure everything feels cohesive and considered whether I’m helping create a design, styling a space, or catching one of those tiny details that could easily be overlooked.

On your event day, you’ll usually find me somewhere behind the scenes making sure the details look and feel the way you envisioned them.

We believe the best weddings feel like the people at the center of them. We spend time getting to know you, what you love, what matters to you, and how you want your wedding to feel.

We care about the beautiful things, of course. The flowers, the tablescape, the little details you spent months choosing. But we care just as much about what happens around them: having time to be present with the people you love, seeing your vision come together, and actually getting to experience the day you planned.

Our role is to understand your vision and take care of what is happening behind the scenes so you can simply be there for it.

You care about the details, but you don’t want to spend your wedding day worrying about them.

You want a wedding that feels personal and beautiful without feeling like it was designed for a trend.

You have ideas, maybe even an entire Pinterest board, but you’re comfortable trusting the people you hired to bring them to life.

And most importantly, you want to actually enjoy your wedding. You’re ready to hand over the plans, trust that everything is being taken care of, and be fully present for all the moments you planned this day for.

Planning and design have always felt connected to us.

The way your ceremony is set, where your florals move after you say “I do,” when the room is revealed, and how every detail comes together all affect the experience of your wedding.

That’s why Resonate brings coordination, planning, and floral design under one roof. You can work with us for one or bring us into the bigger picture. Either way, we approach your wedding as a whole, not a collection of separate pieces.
