Beginning approximately three months before the wedding, this service focuses on refining details, confirming logistics, and coordinating all moving parts so the day unfolds with clarity and structure. With hands-on guidance, vendor communication, and full event oversight, every element is managed so you can remain present and focused on the experience.

PRE-WEDDING

WEDDING DAY
- 10 hours on-site coordination
- Two lead planners present
- Complete management of timeline, logistics, and vendor execution from start to finish

- Setup and styling of client-provided decor and personal details
