• Support starts 6 weeks before the wedding date
• Unlimited communication upon booking
• Review of all vendor contracts
• Vendor communication to confirm timelines, arrival times, and setup logistics

WEDDING DAY:

• 10 hours on-site coordination
• Two lead planners present
• Assistance with ceremony processional lineup
• Point of contact for vendors, venue staff, wedding party, and family on the event day
• Oversight of vendor arrivals and setup
• Set up of client-provided decor, (signage, table numbers, memory tables, favors, guest books, etc.)
